Once trained and credentialed as a supervisor many people find that they run into situations and dilemmas that they would like to discuss with colleagues. Your development of a supervisor is not complete after your 40-hour course. This consultation group will offer space to discuss supervisory and professional issues that the members bring for discussion. This is not a didactic format, though the facilitators are experienced supervisors and knowledgeable about the many rules, laws and guidelines that impact the practice of supervision for the mental health professions.
